I'm a counsellor/psychotherapist based in Singapore, and I've spent over 400 hours working with university students and working professionals in private and community settings such as Youthline and ECTA's on-campus clinic.

As a corporate trainer, I've conducted employee wellbeing workshops for organisations including Singtel, National University of Singapore (NUS), Opella, and Renasas. I've also written about mental health for news sites.
