Interests
I like helping people make sense of their pasts in constructive ways, and find it particularly fulfilling to work with clients struggling with:
Self-undermining patterns
(e.g. people-pleasing, self-criticism, lack of boundaries)
Healing from past experiences
(e.g. early life, previous relationships, traumatic events)
Dissatisfaction with work
(e.g. anxiety, stress, burnout, inadequacy, direction)
Relational difficulties
(e.g. attachment styles, codependence, unmet needs)
"Existential crises"
(e.g. loss direction, purpose and meaning)
